Tot el cos cap a què. (The whole body towards what.)

I’m a Somatic Movement Education facilitator and an Artistic Mediator.

I support individuals and collectives in listening to how the body embodies and processes experience.

I use Somatic Movement Education as a living practice tailored to each person's needs, whether as a space for self-care, regulation, and health, or as a catalyst for deeply creative inquiry.

Through a career that spans relational psychology, global restorative justice, and SME facilitation in public institutions, community spaces, and integrative health centers, to physical theater research, music creation, and dance-film, I offer:

  • Individual SME sessions for teenagers, young people, and adults.
  • Group workshops and labs for public institutions and organizations (community centers, high schools, community services, and health spaces).
  • SME guidance and support for artists, musicians, and underground producers—both for creative processes and for recovery from tour fatigue and long studio hours.

A practice with multiple horizons: it can focus on somatic-emotional recovery and sustainability, helping you inhabit the body through care, or on expanding your creative potential.

Tot el cos cap a què is built on a commitment to decentralize and democratize Somatic Movement Education, making these tools accessible to everyone, regardless of territory or social context.
