Assistance on Creative Processes

What I offer

For artists, musicians, and underground producers.

I use Somatic Movement Education (SME) as a research tool to integrate the body and somatic processes at two key moments:

  • Interweaving SME with creative and performance processes:
During production or rehearsal phases, I help open up new pathways for composition and creation aligned with your identity, driven by listening to your own body’s intelligence.
  • Facilitating SME to create a safe space for rest, regulation, and somatic-emotional recovery:
Away from the stage and screens, I offer tools for nervous system self-regulation, helping you recover from tour fatigue, public exposure, or long studio hours.

I facilitate ways to use your body both as a source of creativity and a space for well-being.

Who is this for?

  • Lead vocalists and performers: Addressing the weight of being on stage and constant exposure, helping to manage this pressure while cultivating an organic, authentic body language aligned with the project’s vision.
  • Producers: Addressing long studio hours, static postures, and mental overload, helping to manage physical strain and unlock new creative ideas when the body feels blocked.

How does it work?

Here you will find guidance where somatic practice and body awareness revolve entirely around your research and current needs, integrating tools you will make your own forever.

  • Free initial consultation session: To get to know the project, assess viability, and see if we are a good fit.
  • 1 to 1.5-hour sessions: Focused on psychophysical exploration, experiential anatomy, and movement research (both standing and floor-based).
  • Individual or group format: The primary focus is one-on-one, with the option to incorporate group dynamics with the rest of the band or team if appropriate.

What can this process offer you?

  • New creative pathways: Embody sensory, proprioceptive, and intuitive pathways to develop new sound, conceptual, or visual composition structures from your body’s own intelligence.
  • Observation and perception: Turn observation and self-observation into primary research tools, opening up new perspectives in your internal, creative, or group processes.
  • Regulation and recovery: Support the nervous system and manage accumulated strain, providing a genuine space for physical rest and renewal.
  • Presence and gesture: Acquire movement and presence tools organically, aligned with the identity and message of your project.
  • Self-regulation and patterns: Discover new somatic tools to transform movement patterns and blocks.
